Tollycraft is known for high quality materials and construction while also designed with a perfect balance of space inside and on deck. This is powered by two Caterpillar 3208s, which are efficient at trawler speeds while also capable of running on plane. The upper helm and rear deck are protected by a full enclosure, while there is easy boarding access and water access thanks to the hull integrated rear cockpit. A really neat system this has is a separate wired remote for control of the shifters from the side access door, where the cable is long enough to reach forward, and rear so it can be used for maneuvering when docking if cruising solo. An electric crane at the bow makes raising and lowering a dinghy easy. Inside, the salon is spacious with beautiful natural light through the wrap around windows and updated LED lighting once the sun goes down. This layout offers a galley down design with 4 seat dinette, a master aft cabin with separate head and shower stall and a forward cabin with head for guests. Reason for selling is no longer using.

The boat looks very presentable. The exterior was clean with no black streaks or mildew. The gel coat had shine, there is some cracking midship starboard, due to some docking. The aft deck and foredeck were solid, however the two small aft deck hatches are soft. The cabin was cool, clean, odor free and well updated. The engine room is clean with no smells or excessive corrosion. The bridge looks well maintained. The helm has updated gauges, compass, VHF. The seller discloses, the generator runs, but does not produce power. Stock #362360 cruiser or live aboard - can sleep 4 - include custom flybridge cover! This roomy Tollycraft 34 has been recently updated. The boat has plenty of room to make a great cruiser or liveaboard. A lower control station is a great feature for bad weather or enjoying your company in the cabin. You can stay cool with dual marine ac units. The interior has been tastefully updated with white paint while retaining the charm of wood trim accents. New light fixtures and accents can be seen thru out the interior. 1986 Tollycraft Cockpit Motoryacht 44', For Tolly fans or those unfamiliar with these ruggedly built and heavily laid classic Pacific Northwest modified v-hull cruisers this one represents a unique opportunity to have it re-powered according to the new owner's intended use. She's hauled and in the 'independent contractors' work area of the Pensacola Shipyard ready for a scheduled inspection, working on her there or for her transport to another yard. She was refurbished in 2007 with a AwlGrip paint job, new windshield, new custom surround hull bumper guards, custom queen mattress, all new upholstered cushions and luxury window treatments. Until September she was kept at the owner's home dock but due to health issues has been rarely used since 2009. Factory powered with twin Crusaders when built for its Lake Michigan area owner's local use during their short boating season she was acquired by the owner in 2003. She's being sold as needing re-powering due to failure of its port main. Last year the owner obtained turn key pricing for new EFI Crusaders with matching transmission drives but family issues delayed the re-powering project and forces her sale as is. However, the owner likes her so much he would consider retaining a one-fourth (1/4) fractional ownership in this great Gulf Coast 'floating condo' if after re-powering and updating her she was to be 'Home Ported' in the Pensacola area.
