" The Tollycraft 34 Tri Cabin is one of the most desirable small aft cabin cruisers to be found on the used market. She's is built on a modified-V bottom with a moderate 13* of transom deadrise. Her traditional lines are some what trawler like and at 17,000 lbs., the 34 Tri Cabin is a heavy boat for her size. Tollycraft designers (Ed Monk Jr.) managed to pack some 280 sq. ft. of living space inside the 34, including two heads (with a stall shower aft), a complete lower helm station with a deck access door, and excellent storage. The large windows provide an abundance of natural lighting and visibility from the lower helm is good."

This Ed Monk Jr. designed modified-V hull (10 degrees transom deadrise) handles well at all speeds. Built on the West Coast, this rugged cruiser has a 14' 8" beam and large salon windows creating an open and comfortable interior. The sliding door to the side deck is next to the lower helm and there is a U-shaped dinette opposite the full lower galley. A great hull design from a good builder created a comfortable cruiser that deserves further consideration.
