The unit is very clean and has been very well maintained. The settee located in the ship is not included, but the settee at the end of the photos will be placed back in. The bottom paint was just re-done this spring and this boat has been stored indoors for the past eleven years. The owner does regular maintenance on the boat himself. 1978 Trojan tri cabin,I am listing my beautiful 1978 tri cabin. I recently lived abord this boat all season here in Montauk ny and never complained about space. the boat has a rear bedroom with 2 twin beds, head and standup shower, spacious den, 3 burner stove with oven, another head between den and v berth. Both a/c units were replaced last year along with the hot water heater. The septic system was replaced in 2014 with a vacuum flush system. My last time listing this, as unresponsive bidders have used up my free listings and I will not pay $60 to relist it again. boat was winterized when parked but has been sitting since 2009. needs some deck work, paint and lots of elbow grease. huge cabin below deck, galley, head, dining table, sleeps 5-6 easily. new macerator pump for toilet, garmin fishfinder included, blue canvas canopy no longer included as it grew legs and walked away. I paid $8000 for this boat and now being the product of a bad breakup, it needs to go. I'm tired of looking at it and so are my neighbors.
