The hull, deck, and exterior of the boat are in good condition. The captain's chair needs to be replaced. The interior needs a complete refit. Your writer has observed this vessel being maintained within a city block from my home for over 20 years. This is an original Great Lakes boat that was redone in 2005-06. At that time it was repowered with the Lehman diesels and a Mase 6K diesel generator. It also rec'd new cockpit upholstry, new radar, new marine refrigerator, new vacuflush head, new bilge pumps as well as awlgrip paint on the hull sides. This is an extremely spacious boat in both cockpit and cabin due to wide 13ft beam. Engines and generator run great, and boat performs well on water. This is a great boat and with a little TLC, is something you could be very proud of for many years to come. Now for the bad, Port fuel tank (aluminum) has a leak, but both engines can be run off starbord side. Boat has some scratches on sides, as it got pinned between boats and dock durring Hurricane Arlene (2011). As I am a Florida resident who summers on the boat in NY, I never got a chace to repair paint. The boat is presently on the hard in Kingston NY. I will be returning to NY the end of May.
