110x 32' beam x 10' freeboard. Built for the US military as a supply freighter (BP or Barge/ Power) to supply Alaska in WW2 and then used in PNW commercial fishing for the next 60 years mostly as a fish tender. Currently set up to pack an estimated 300 tons of fish in multiple compartments, all in steel tanks, on the main deck. Two large derricks (50' tall?) and hydraulic winches. It has a Isuzu House Generator, a Grey Marine (Detroit) main equipment generator, 2 Cat main engines, Twin Disc transmissions and a hydraulic bow thruster. About 2008, it had a quarter million dollar haul out and it has spent most of the time in Lake Washington since. It is rough but it is such an ideal size and shape to service many of the shipping jobs and crafted to handle extremely well, as well as sea worthy. The cabin was designed to accommodate a crew of 12 and it is still quite original with natural wood doors and windows and lots of original brass hardware. The hull is 8" thick Doug Fir and the bow is steel plated, all of which is very solid and does not leak. **ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED**** SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL LISTING SHOULD THE VESSEL SELL LOCALLY PRIOR TO AUCTION END***
