1. Totally replaced lower Out-Drive: Replaced Outside unit and entire Interior parts. Replaced all belows and completed entire maintenance on Out-Drive.2. Winches - took apart all wenches, replaced with new parts and greased.3. Rudders - Pulled both rudders and special ordered Rudder seals and replaced while on haul-out. Aligned Rudders with Motor and Stern.4.
