The "Susan's Deal" is a great example of a classic Viking Yacht with desirable two stateroom layout. There have only been 2 owners and the current owner has had this boat for 20 years. Until 2007 it was used in the Chesapeake Bay. It was repowered in 2000 with brand new Caterpillar 3116's with just 1770 current hours. Also in 2000 a brand new 5.5 kw Northern Lights generator was also installed. It has been maintained with an open checkbook and has received regular updates over the years.
