If you are looking to live aboard an elegant and roomy houseboat in the California Delta, this 2003 Waterway 63 is the houseboat for you. It comes as a double-decker with top observation platform complete with four staterooms and two salons. The lower salon is fully enclosed with bar, dinette, full galley, a lower helm and generous seating. The lower salon opens up to the bow patio. The boat has two heat pump style air conditioners.
Three of the staterooms are on the lower deck. There is even a "hidey hole" room with window for a child below the third stateroom bed.
The master suite is on the second deck with access from the lower hallway or aft deck ladder. This stateroom is fully enclosed with AC and an attached marine head. The master suite has a queen size bed with ample closet and drawer space for your belongings.
There are three complete marine heads with full size stand up showers. The toilets in these bathrooms are all new. The water and dryer are new.

1988 Waterway voyager
this is a fixer upper mostly cosmedic paint and the inside needs a face lift. (see pics) it is at lake berriesa in napa county ca. if you plan on leaving it there should tell me in advance to see what we can work out. i estamate about 5000 to get her back up to her glory. has a lot of extras like sollar panels inverter/battery charger and more i already bought the floating fioor to replace the carpet. i took alot of photos but if your interested i can get you more or a video my names steve her name is miss rosevelt #707 553 1860
