This beautiful familly weekend cruiser is the most boat you can cram in 30'. We spend the entire summer on her and made some great memories, unfortunately the military is relocating us and we have to let her go.
she has been meticulously maintined and has EVERY record of work done on her, including the rebuild on the 18hp Yanmar.

1984 Watkins 33 The 33 Watkins is a solid well-built comfortable cruising sailboat. The long modified fin keel and shallow 4 ft. draft gives "Agave" access to many anchorages. The owner has made several upgrades, and yacht has been professionally maintained.
1984 Watkins 25, 1984 Watkins 25 with Yanmar diesel engine and 1997 galvanized tandem axle trailer. Pressure water system with sinks in galley and head. Shower. 30" draft fixed keel ( no swing keel problems). 5'11" headroom ( no pop top). Ready to cruise today. Was last out on 5 day trip in May 2016, NOT a project. Engine has NEW cylinder head, water pump, stainless steel mixing elbow, thermostat, filters and oil, RUNS GREAT. Burns a quart of diesel per hour at 6 knots (24 MPG under power!). Delta fast-set and Danforth anchors with chain rode. Solar panels, 2 house batteries and start battery. 4 NEW tires on trailer. Dinghy Davits. 2 sets of sails, never used new halyard. Electric gin pole to raise mast & trailer launch system to use regular boat ramps. I love this boat. Hate to sell, health issues. See Watkinsowners website for a wealth of information on these little known wonderful boats. While this boat could go to the Caribbean today, it does need anti fouling bottom paint.
