1997 Wellcraft 38 Scarab AVS 1997 Wellcraft Scarab 38 AVS "Immortal" was custom painted, updated, reupholstered and repowered with twin Ilmor 625hp V10 Viper engines within the last few years and has an estimated 50 hours of run time. There are no stains, rips, tears or holes in any of the upholstery and it shows no signs of fading or wear. The paint shines like new and has minimal to no scratches. The amplified 12 speaker Polk Audio sound system sounds incredible! The cabin has a V birth with storage, (2) couches facing one another, a built in cooler with drain, a large storage closet and a head w/ a port-potti. The cockpit will comfortably sit 5 average size adults. The captains chairs adjust so that you can either sit in them or use them as leaning posts while underway. Towards the rear of the boat, there is a massive sun pad, perfect for laying out while anchored at the sandbar. An aluminum swim platform stretches across the entire rear of the boat and features a fold out ladder, making boarding the boat while in the water an ease. The boat comes with a full snap down cockpit cover. The overall cosmetic condition of the boat is excellent. The only imperfections I could find are: small area of paint bubbling on the dash board, as well as paint chips around the drives, trim tabs and aluminum swim platform. There is no trailer included in the sale.
