Central Air Conditioning on shore power. SOLD AS - IS WHERE IS - NO WARRANTY No storage fee due at full service or self working marina. CLEARTITLE from South Carolina and Bill of Sale - Insured value in 2009 was $43k Myboat is in Heathsville VA 22473. I am in Florida now so please contact me. The marina charge for boat loading $7.5 per foot + time if you need help Boat is in storage ondry blocks since a 3 years and new owner can readies the boat on site. Complete bottom jobwork done in the summer of 2009 I had just theengines being running every months until storage 2x 454 engines were rebuilt less than a few hundred hours before I dry stored the boat. New cushions and head in 2010 Need a new canvas top cover I HAVE NOTICED FROM WALKING AROUND: Now the boat is in need of a GOOD CLEANING in and out - 2 new batteries are needed - The hull bottom paint job is not badbut need a new coat and the Zinc plates replaced - The engine were running whentaken out of the water, the air-conditioner water cooling filter need to beclean every year - The canvas enclosure is used and need to be redone soon, thecabin carpet and galley floor linoleum need to be changed or cleaned. Beforelaunching I recommend to check all the bilge pump and thru-hull valves.
