Up for sell today is a 1993 28' Winner Seacruiser 280 cabin cruiser with trailer. The vessel is been maintained with oil changes twice each year. The engine was replaced in 2010 and out drive was replaced in 2012. Fuel consumption is approximately 10 GHP and has a Stainless steel prop. There are a couple of things wrong with the boat first one of the arms on the front rail is broke on the port side and the top step going down the cabin is broken but other then that the boat is water ready and ready to go. I'm trying to down size is the only reason I'm trying to selling it. I have a used electric Powerwinch RC30 winch for the trailer just never installed it on the trailer yet.
