This Catalina 22 Sloop is in serviceable condition and fully functional, but needs some TLC. Her Layout begins forward with a V-Berth that Sleeps 2 and features Storage Compartments Below, 2 Side Storage Shelves. Her Salon features a Fore-and-Aft Facing Dinette Table port that converts to a Guest Berth with Storage Compartments under the Dinette Seats, Starboard is a Quarter Berths that each sleep one. Outside, her Cockpit is Large Enough to accommodate your crew and guests and features 2 Storage Lazerettes and her Wide Side Decks make Going Forward Safe and Easy. In addition all Halyard are Led Aft to the Cockpit for Easy Sail handling. She is powered by a Honda 5hp four stroke outboard. Sail Inventory Includes: Mainsail, Genoa, working Jib.
