It served extremely well as a weekend getaway when they lived in Houston. Now that they live within sight of Lake Travis, they no longer need this size and type of boat, so it is time for it to be enjoyed by a new family. The layout on this boat is perfect for weekending and entertaining. There is seating in the cockpit and on there is an amazing number of comfortable seats. Also, unique to this model, is a walk thru windshield that leads to the bow for easy access to the 3 Sunbrella covered sunpads and the anchor windlass. The twin fuel injected 8.1 Liter (370hp) inboards have under 250hrs on them. The batteries were recently replaced, so they fire right up! You won’t set any speed records with this one, but the fun started the second you stepped aboard, so who cares? The salon area has 2 large blue sofas that will convert to sleeping areas. It is a great place to lounge and watch a movie on the updated TV. The galley is well equipped and has had a toaster oven placed on one of the under used counters. The fridge, coffee maker, ice maker and other appliances are all in working order. The bathroom has good counter space, an enclosed shower and a vacuflush head. The forward stateroom is private and has a full size berth that easily sleeps 2 people. The air conditioning and generator are in good working condition and will keep you comfortable even in the Texas heat. The navigational electronics work, but are a little outdated by today’s standards. The gelcoat is glossy and shows well, and the canvas was replaced about 3 years ago and looks very fresh. The interior carpet shows some wear and will need to be replaced soon. Overall, this is a very nice boat that will offer many years of continued service.
