This 1985 ERICSON 35-3 appears to be in excellent condition both inside and out. The hull is getting ready to be bottom painted for the season. VETUS diesel engine 33 HP !! This Ericson 35 is beautiful, well maintained and a joy to sail. Most notable is that she has a VETUS 4.14 33 HP diesel engine and has only 190 hours of use. The Bruce King designed Ericson 35 yacht which has been crafted to the most exacting standards. Extra attention has been given to details essential to a yacht's comfort, safety and performance under sail. A solid cruising yacht that does not sacrifice performance even in light to moderate winds. The "Tri-axial Force Grid distributes mast induced loads through a network of hollow floor beams, significantly improving the hull's stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio. The interior distinguishes the Ericson 35 from other yachts with such an abundance of teak cabinetry and trim fitted to such precise tolerances. Most of the teak on deck has been refinished. The owner has spared no expense in maintaining this vessel. The 2 A/C units were replaced this summer. In Spring 2022, she had new bottom paint put on as well as 2 new turbos on both engines. The port engine was rebuilt last winter, documentation is available for review while under contract. Port engine has 40 hours and starboard has 2100. As you head aft you come to the galley which is fully equipped with a stove/oven, deep sink, microwave, and a refrigerator. The salon has 2 big screen TVs with one wired to the GPS. The stereo system has Mirage speakers and an L-shaped sofa. There is also a recently-installed freezer for bait. The cockpit has 2 updated captain's chairs.
