Vessel has windshield wipers but one of the two is operable. The one that is operable needs a new wiper blade.
Per the seller, the starter had frozen up so he purchased a new one and replaced it.
He purchased a new heat pump ($2K) and had the carburetor rebuilt and is working great.
A frame/top has been built and is very sturdy.
The seller has purchased another head and will be installing it soon. He will send me a photo after it's installed.
