This 2015 Yamaha 242 Limited S Jet Boat shows normal wear and tear for its age. The black gelcoat has a bit of dock rash and there is a spot on the port side that has deep cracks.
The seller updated the speakers with DS18 speakers and this boat Rocks!
The engines look to be in good shape and the seller states they have been serviced at regular intervals. The impellers were replaced recently as were the stainless wear rings

What is really innovative on this 2015 Yamaha 242 Limited S is the Articulating Keel. It moves in sync with the jet nozzles and gives you fantastic turning ability with the power on, but it also gives you excellent off-power steerage. Something you do not find in most other Jet boats.
There is a Polk audio system on this boat with a JBL soundbar and DS18 canons mounted to the ski tower and DS18 speakers in the bow, cockpit and at the stern for an immersive experience when on the water.
Yamaha designed this boat for function and form and it is evident all over the boat. The captains chairs swivel 360 degrees and lend to turning the forward seating into a dining area when you pop in the table. Also when sitting forward in the passenger side seat you can flip down the glove box and it doubles as a table and the box can be used as a cooler.
Behind the stern backrests are twin wet storage compartments perfect for items such as towlines and ski vests and help keep the cockpit's dry storage compartments moisture-free.
