For sale, 2004 Military Zodiac FC 530, 17’ Military Rubber raiding/rescue craft, this boat, motor and trailer was purchased brand new August of 2008 from a Zodiac dealer and is in as new condition 95% + condition. The boat/motor has less than 80 hours since purchased new. This is not a military surplus boat. The 17 foot Zodiac FC530 boat has NEVER been stored outdoors and has been stored indoors in a climate controlled building. The boat has never been in salt water. The boat has the Zodiac factory aluminum rigid floor installed and comes with the factory manual, clam shell repair kit, foot pump and all paperwork and manuals all stored in a boat mounted waterproof bag that came with boat/motor. This boat has never been damaged in any way or patched and always holds air as it is stored inflated on the trailer. There is also an optional scuba tank fill kit that’s a $250.00 value that goes with boat for quick fills or emergency filling of the boat, however, the scuba tank is not included. The boat has an 18 gallon extended range fuel bladder and harness that allows for 6-8 hour high speed operation. This boat also comes with a tube mounted navigation console that has a built in compass and speedometer that sells for around $600.00 that is included. There is also a custom made heavy duty waterproof cover that has been made for the boat that would be great for storage or trailering, it also come with an engine cover, and spare tire cover. The cover is new and has only been on the boat indoors to keep the dust off the boat. Boat comes with emergency oars. The motor is an Evinrude Etec 65 HP, Rescue Pro Commercial series motor. This Evinrude has a specially designed rescue dura-jet. Manual tilt/trim, manual start, tiller steer outboard motor. Etec model EG5WDRLSC. The trailer is manufactured by ACE trailers. It’s an all-aluminum trailer specially designed for the Zodiac FC530. The trailer model number is 242607B. Trailer has a spare tire kit (this was an extra cost new) and has bearing buddy caps on the wheel bearings to allow for easy service. Tires are 90 plus % and never had a flat. I saw the need for the boat and purchased it, however, I have never actually used the boat in a rescue capacity. I have taken the boat out on a local lake 4 or 5 times a year with a small group performing rescue training and keep it in good working order. Boat fires up after 3 or 4 pulls cold, fires on first or second pull hot every time. I am selling the unit because I never used it for rescue work and tired of it taking up space. I want to see this unit out there doing what it was intended to do, assist during water operations, not sitting in my garage. If you are looking for a rescue water craft, you will not find a nicer, cleaner unit that has not been beat to death. The only blemish on the entire unit is a nick in the prop housing (see photo). This nick does not affect performance one bit. No vibration or issues from it. I’m asking $19,000.00 OBO for the unit as pictured with the extras listed out. No trades of any type at this time.
