The sellers were preparing to travel to the Bahamas and had to cancel, all the hard work has been done, you just need to make it your own! The electronics have been updated, the dinghy lift was custom-made, and the windows resealed to mention a few. In 2020 the engine received new motor mounts, an 80 amp alternator, a new fuel injector, new tachometer. In 2023 a new elbow exhaust port at heat exchanger. The Island Packet 31 offers excellent control and sea-keeping qualities. The broad beam design and innovative tri-cabin layout afford an exceptional amount of room and livability. The forward cabin has a large V-berth, hanging locker, several cabinets, shelves, and lockers, plus its own doors to both the head and main salon for privacy and convenience. The head is to starboard and features a vanity with cabinets over and under, linen cabinet, mirror, and shower. The main salon is comfortable with a table thatsvfolded against the bulkhead that drops down and offers an inviting social atmosphere with large facing settees. Plenty of storage throughout for your provisions. The chart table folds out when needed,just forward of the quarter berth that has a privacy door when needed. The U-shaped galley to port is open and handy to both the salon and cockpit, yet out of the way. An abundance of natural light and ventilation are provided through the opening portholes and hatches. There is an Axiom 9 Chartplotter, Quantum radar with Doppler Sea Talk, depth, wind, and speed instruments, and a new autopilot. This IP is powered by a Yanmar 3GMF diesel that powers her nicely. A custom dinghy davit was installed and ready for you! The cockpit has a nice bimini that has a full isinglass enclosure with new isinglass. Also included is a helm cover, mainsail cover, winch covers, and grab rail covers to keep everything out of the sun for added protection! Reason for selling is health issues.

Well the boat has a Mermaid air conditioner and heater fan forced the heater works but the A/C does not I have a call in to factory,maybe it can be fixed maybe not .. we turn on the fan to move air around and it does a fine job as such.
