The overall condition of the 2008 Monterey 270 Cruiser is good. The hull gel coat is clean with a good shine with just a few minor blemishes.
The cockpit upholstery is in very good condition with no rips or tears.

Monterey boats are noted for their quality construction and materials, design and great features. This 2008 Monterey 270 Cruiser is ergonomically designed to provide comfort and access on board, is outfitted with just about every feature you'd need for a day on the water or a weekend away and provides sporty performance while cruiser.
Stepping aboard the Monterey 270 to integrated swim platform you'll find a swim ladder, grab handle, and transom locker aft. You access the cockpit via the transom walk-thru with a door with a hot / cold concealed fresh water shower.
The cockpit is seating features an aft bench that can be removed if you desire to fish. There is an opposing aft facing bench seat with a cockpit table to provide a great area to share a lunch or play a game.
To port, you'll find a wet bar area complete with a sink, beverage holders and grab rail. Below the wet bar is a cooler with designated stowage. Forward of the wet bar area to port is a sun lounge.
The double-wide bolster equipped helm seat is comfortable and roomy. The helm is ergonomically laid out and is appointed with faux wood grain panel for a very stylish look. There is full instrumentation that also includes a GPS, dash mounted compass and depth gauge.
Integrated steps molded into the locking cabin sliding door and a walk-thru windshield provide access to the bow area.
The foredeck features a sun pad mounted between two grab rails. A non-slip deck surface provides travel to the bow area featuring a bow pulpit, anchor locker, navigation lights, cleats and bow rail.
Descend into the plush and well-appointed salon area with a galley area, enclosed head, convertible dinette, and mid-cabin berth.
The galley is to port after entering the salon. The galley features a microwave, stainless steel sink with faucet, single burner stove, a fridge, and storage cabinets.
The dinette, located at the bow area, has a U-shaped lounge seating with pedestal table. The table can be dropped to form a double berth.
The enclosed head provides privacy and is equipped with toilet, molded sink with countertop, a faucet with a wand attachment so that it can be converted into a shower. There is a shower curtain, sump pump, and opening porthole in the head too.
The mid-berth configuration is a double berth with an opening porthole, cabin lighting, a privacy curtain and shelf storage.
