The generator strainer housing needs to be replaced. The port outdrive needs a new boot. Everything else is in working order according to the seller. I have not seen this boat but the seller reports that it is in good condition. This vessel has not been used in freshwater its entire life. It has been registered in Maine and Florida. The boat could use a good cleaning on deck and galley area and all upholstery looked good with the exception of the helm had some cracking on the top. Some storage doors were taped to keep shut and the dining table was taped and glued. The back corners of the swim platform had some minor damage. Per the seller, everything is in working order. The overall condition of the 1998 Monterey 262 Cruiser if good to very good. The hull gelcoat was found to be in good shape free of any major scratches, cracks, or gouges with exception of some gelcoat rash on the starboard side at the MC numbers. The upholstery inside and out was found to be clean and in good condition with no rips, tears or stitching issues detected. The canvas and Isinglass were found to be in fair to good condition. This boat is a Large piece of coal with repairs to the hull and deck seam on the starboard side required to make the vessel launchable. There is significant damage to the cockpit seating and cabinetry which are a total loss. The hull is not showing signs damage but needs new coat of antu foul paint. There are area of fiberglass damage and the hull above water line needs cleaning and wax. The deck is two years of open to the harsh environment without maintenance. She has been on the hard for 3 yrs but the eller report that the electronics and engines were working well before when last winterzed. However when you enter into the salon you will be truck by how big wide and open she is and how everything was in excellent shape. The seats and cabinetry in the cabin are weather damaged. An opportunity for a remodel. The engine has always been properly maintained and Engines run well per the seller. Stock #108214 Live On This Fresh Water Gem. Huge Galley with a ton of power. Introduced in 1985, the Regal 360 Commodore was the largest boat in the Regal fleet during her production years, and one of the more popular big express cruisers of her era. By combining a streamlined design with a spacious interior, designer Jim Ginter sought to make the commodore sophisticated enough to suggest performance, yet functional enough for extended cruising. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with prop pockets and a relatively wide beam, the midcabin interior of the Regal 360 sleeps six with double berths fore and aft and a convertible salon dinette that sleeps two more. The forward stateroom is a bit unusual in that the berth is oriented diagonally, a design that frees up additional space in the salon.
