Work needed per Seller:
Engine Room:
-Starboard engine does run. New plugs were recently installed. It smokes a little as if choke is the problem. May need a tune up and timing check.
-Port engine runs but has a slight ticking sound. Rebuild long block. -Port engine wiring harness jumped on 12volt pin needs to be replaced or repaired.
-Generator: Engine locked. head removed, previous owners left water valve open.
Exterior:
-Install anchor winch, new winch in dock box, install
hardware in aft bar locker.
-Bridge steering pump swap with lower helm steering pump.
-Electrical wiring to VHF radio and horn wiring.
Interior
-Aft head keeps vacuum and works but had leak in line to holding tank.
-FWD head toilet needs to be secured to deck. New seal kit is on board.
-Mid AC works. Water circulator pump needs wired into system manually.
-Aft AC works the same as mid. Circ. pump needs wired in as well.
--Mid bilge pump 200 G.P.H. is new and float switch are both new and needs wired in.
-FWD bilge works with 2000 GPH and float switch.
-Aft bilge is good.
-Bow thruster needs repaired.
-Lower helm steering pump was going to be relocated to replace bridge steering pump. Lower helm to be discontinued.
Includes:
-Two brand new props under aft bed.
-200 gallons of fresh fuel.
-New Zincs
Several pieces of canvas on the flybridge were damaged from Hurricane Ian. One of the bow thrusters does not work.
