Seller reports all systems are in working order, and there are no issues with the engine or transmission. This boat has the normal wear and tear for its age. At first appearance, the Bayliner 3587 Motor Yacht appears to be a relatively straight forward 35-foot aft-cabin design with little to differentiate her from other small motor yachts. Looks can be deceiving--the 3587 provides three staterooms where her competitors offered only two. The third stateroom is located beneath the (elevated) dinette, and while it's not really a full-size cabin, there is a roomy double berth and partial standing headroom along with a privacy door and a large hanging locker. To accomplish this innovative floorplan, Bayliner engineers moved the galley up into the salon and employed a rather awkward combination of three doors forward leading to the two staterooms and the head. This Carver 356 is in great condition for her age. This was a freshwater boat until 2019. Just had the bottom cleaned and painted 2-23. Here is a list of just a few of the updated items: Bimini top, three bilge pumps, hull painted in 2022, two spare props, updated blinds in the windows, updated fridge, and a replaced Garmin GPS system. The generator is not operable and the water pump for the freshwater tank needs to be repaired for a leak. Overall this boat is in great condition, the engines run great and are serviced regularly. The overall condition of the boat is need some work. The hull could use a detailing, and there were a few scratches and gouges. The flybridge upholstery is in fair condition with a few cracks in it. Some of the Isinglass was damaged during a storm (2022) and the seller has an insurance claim and scheduled canvas company to repair.
