The overall condition of the boat is need some work. The hull could use a detailing, and there were a few scratches and gouges. The flybridge upholstery is in fair condition with a few cracks in it. Some of the Isinglass was damaged during a storm (2022) and the seller has an insurance claim and scheduled canvas company to repair. The sofa's finish is peeling on the left arm/cushion in the salon. The generator is not running, and the seller has never tried to use it. The Trojan 40 MY performance and stability come from the fiberglass hull that possesses a moderate beam, a nearly flat after section, and a shallow keel that provides directional keeping attributes. The two-stateroom layout is arranged with the salon accessed from the cockpit. The galley down from the salon. Forward of the galley, off the companionway, is the enclosed head and forward stateroom. A ladder leads to the flybridge from the aft cockpit area. The flybridge layout consists of two pedestal chairs, the helm, and a passenger bench seat in front of the helm. Entry into the salon is provided via a sliding glass door. The salon area is covered in carpet with a sofa and dining table with chairs. The lower helm station is located to starboard in the salon area and can be hidden in a very clever and stylish cabinet. Windows surround the entire salon area. Aft is the sliding glass tinted door and windows. Forward are three large windows that also have a canvas cover to protect the interior from UV and provide privacy. The galley is a step down from the salon. The galley comes complete with a sink, a fridge/freezer, a 3-burner stove with protective cover, sink, microwave and storage. Forward the galley is an enclosed head to port and the forward stateroom. The enclosed head features a foot-flush toilet, sink with cabinet, a shower and a medicine cabinet with a mirror. The aft-stateroom is finished with a hanging locker, storage drawers and compartments, an opening overhead hatch, and a full bathroom. A representative has not physically seen this boat and pictures have been provided by the seller. Per the seller, everything is in working order. The speedometer does not work. Heaters work. The fan on the air conditioner works, but the compressor does not. The water system and heads work fine.
