The Seller has decided he needs a bit of a smaller vessel that he and the Admiral can handle alone ... something in the 50-60' range! So this beauty has been on the dock and needs a few things before your grand tour. Along with a good detailing, she'll need new batteries and a new radar system in the pilothouse. The radar on the flybridge works well. This broker has inspected this vessel and can attest to the accuracy of the description, pictures and video. We encourage all inquiries and questions relating to its present condition, the accuracy of details including but not limited to its location, engine hours, service history, listing status and features. Stock #165982 Want to trade up? Have a 50-60' pilothouse? This beautiful Cockpit Motor Yacht has been tastefully redecorated and made ready for your next cruise This beautiful Hatteras Motoryacht began her life as a 72' CPMY eventually undergoing a major renovation which has extended her to 90' length overall, including the swim platform. She is a sight to behold with her pilothouse deck exterior finished in black, giving her a decidedly updated appearance. The main salon, master stateroom, VIP stateroom and guest quarters along with each of their private heads have been tastefully redecorated in offwhite and beige tones making her interior bright and airy throughout. The carpet had been replaced throughout and most of the upholstered furniture in the public areas of the boat have been reupholstered in the last few years. New cushions and pillows now grace the fully enclosed flybridge lounge area as well. Being a northern latitude based Hatteras, this boat has a dedicated diesel Hurricane multizone hydronic heating system that will keep this entire vessel cozy throughout any New England winter and of course a multizone air conditioning system as well. She has the typical layout of this size Hatteras CPMY, with the Captain and crew cabins forward in the bow, each with their own head and shower. This area is accessed by a dedicated stairway from the pilothouse and contains a freezer, galley for the crew, and the ship's full size washer and dryer. The owner's stateroom and the 2 guest cabins, each with a private head, are aft on the berthing deck and accessed via a separate stairway from the main salon. The Owner's and Guest quarters are separated from the crew quarters by the massive engine room and accessed via separate stairways. The main salon has been reconfigured with the formal dining room being placed aft most on the pilothouse deck, surrounded by pictures windows to the stern and sides. Forward of the dining room is a circular bar and stools to starboard, with multiple sofas and lounges just forward of the cocktail lounge on both starboard and port. The flybridge is accessed via a circular stairway to starboard of the helm. Once aloft, you have unlimited visibility and the comfort of a 3 season room provided by the full eisenglass enclosure under the flybridge hardtop. And let's not leave out the cockpit which is accessed from the Pilothouse deck, aft of the dining area or the foredeck with built-in seating and plenty of room for your deck chairs. Whether you are cruising the coastline, heading to the Northwest Passage or Caribbean, this boat has every feature needed to cruise extensively and independently, stopping only for fuel and provisions. For security, when traveling afar, she comes with spare props, a spare propeller shaft and an extensive inventory of spares for most every system aboard. Dinghy included: 1997 AB 14' RIB Inflatable with a 2006 40HP Honda Reason for selling is seller wants to downsize a bit and is open to trades.

The owner of this 1988 Hatteras 52 Convertible says she is in good shape according to the owner. She is fully equipped and ready for some serious fishing expeditions! PLEASE BRING REASONABLE OFFERS ONLY! Stock #079703 Fully Equipped! Classic Hatteras Sportfish! Serious Fishing Machine! Twin Detroit Diesels! New Bottom Paint August 2018! Broad beamed (16'4") and well equipped this 1988 Hatteras 52 Convertible offers more to enjoy than some competitive models can mange in 54 or 55 fee. Thanks to it's grand proportions, both top-side and below the Hatteras 52 has become a sportfishing favorite. The modified Vee hull provides precise control in open water and added stability when you reach the fishing grounds. Its ergonomically designed helm station reduces reaching and straining, and is positioned for full visibility into the large cockpit. The Hatteras 52 Convertible built during 1988-91 is actually an updated version of the original Hatteras 52 Convertible produced in 1984-87. Incorporating the company's "new-look" styling with reworked cabin windows and a new flybridge design, the result was a more aggressive-looking profile to go with the 52's already awesome offshore reputation. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a wide 16'4" beam, Hatteras offered the 52 with a choice of interiors with the three-stateroom layout proving the more popular. In this floor plan, the galley (with standard Sub-Zero refrigeration) and dinette are forward in the salon, and the amidships master stateroom was offered with twin single beds or a walkaround queen. Both heads have separate stall showers, and a stackable washer/dryer is located in the galley. The big 153-square-foot cockpit of the Hatteras 52 includes a bait and tackle center, freezer, removable fish box, in-sole bait well, heavy-duty 30" transom door, and direct access to the engine room. On the flybridge, a U-shaped lounge can seat 6-8 people. The wide side decks are a plus. GM 720hp 8V92 diesels cruise in the low-to-mid 20s (26-27 knots wide open).

It's tough to find many blemishes with this vessel. While the new GPS/Radar system and Tuna Tower were not complete at the time the vessel was photographed, they will be in the very near future and updated images will be posted.~br~~br~The new owner might want to update the shower fixtures and possibly the toilet seats to better match the work already done.~br~~br~Mechanically, all systems are functional. The engines and generator fire immediately and sound great! ~br~~br~Owner financing will be considered and reasonable offers will be entertained. Stock #070296 Complete "Restomod" with Owner Financing Available! In her day, the Hatteras 53 Convertible was the industry standard for fishing yachts in excess of 50ft. She is very well proportioned with a long foredeck and low freeboard that is perfectly setup for offshore fishing! There were a few different floor plans originally offered. This particular vessel was a 2 stateroom, galley down configuration. During her renovation, the owner moved the galley up to the salon and added a 3rd stateroom on the lower deck. It's a very nice design that can sleep two additional people. Entering the salon from the aft deck, the new galley is starboard. It boasts a recessed sink and stove, new granite countertops and new cabinetry. Port side is a couch that is directly opposite of a counter top mounted, flatscreen TV. In the cabinetry forward of the salon is a microwave, misc. storage, AC electric panel and a new stereo system. The salon is complete with all new lighting (rope lighting for evening use), wood flooring and stereo speakers (which is applicable throughout the entire vessel). Moving forward to the lower deck, the master state room is Port. It boasts wood flooring and a full bath with new cabinetry, granite countertops, tile work and a modern style bowl sink. It has ample storage and a hanging closest. Opposite the master state room is the renovated third stateroom. While relatively small compared to the other two staterooms, it is well designed with double bunks and additional storage compartments. Heading completely forward is the second stateroom. It also boasts updated cabinetry, wood flooring, a full bath with granite countertops, tile work and the same modern style bowl sink. It has plenty of storage and a hanging closet. Exiting the salon to the aft deck, you will notice a beautifully renovated fighting chair, new nonskid paint, renovated storage compartments and all new cushions for the various seating areas. The ladder will take you to the flybridge, where you will notice an updated helm with renovated swivel chairs and matching cushions on the forward bench seat. At the helm, there are updated analog gauges and a modernized electronic package. This is to include the new Garmin GPS and radar system (not pictured but will be mounted soon), new bow thruster system with joystick controls, VHF, autopilot and more. On either side of the flybridge, additional ladders will take you to the tuna tower. There is an upper helm control system that will also be completed, prior to the sale of the vessel. On the foredeck, the original bow railing has been replaced with a lower profile system that wraps around the pulpit. New wood trim is mounted on either side of the windlass. The current owner took a lot of pride in restoring this vessel! Most importantly, as much care that was invested in the cosmetic appeal was replicated in the mechanical and general functionality of the boat. While the list is too numerous to fully detail, the core work is highlighted below: -Complete rebuild of both engines in 2014 -New MasPower Genset with push button start, sound shield and auto safety shutdowns. 9kw with 5 year warranty. -Modern Vetus bow thruster with joystick (275 lb thrust). -Upgraded GPS and Radar System. (Garmin 741xs and GMR 18 HD) -Old bottom pickups and sensors removed and replaced with Garmin 8 pin setup. -Completely repainted from bottom to top. Awlgrip and Signature paints utilized. -Modern LED lighting throughout interior, cockpit, underwater (Ocean Amphibean Pro Blue) and the XKGLOW LED bridge lighting (with 3 million lighting combos and remote control). -2 new stereo systems with Salon and Helm Controls. Bluetooth, remote and smartphone controls. -The flat screen is a 40" smart TV that has integrated internet capabilities ,not seen in many boats! and much more.... If you're in the market for a nice Sportfish/Convertible, you will appreciate the work invested in this Hatteras. She's one of the most recognized boats of her time and this modernized offering is sure to impress! UPDATED 09-27-2015 1. Bottom Painted. 2. New packing and studs for the stuffing boxes. 3. Prop-speed on propellers and running gear. 4. New zincs 5. Teak dive/swim platform added. UPDATED 05-20-2016 The final 7 images were taken in April of 2016.

The next owner can purchase the Hatteras for a reasonable price, and with some additional investment into her, they will have a beautiful Hatteras Yacht. Some maintenance and repairs are needed to bring the boat up to date. Bottom paint was done in 2018 and will be needed again. The swim platform was removed from the boat and the original mounts will need to be removed eventually. Zincs were due at the time of the listing. The owner confirms the Detroit Diesels start right up and run well. The engine room was clean and orderly. There are five batteries aboard, four 8v batteries were replaced in 2018. The fifth is the generator starter battery. The drive shaft stuffing is ready for replacement. The owner indicates the original fuel tanks are in use with no issues. The master suite head uses a LectraSan system and the second head discharges overboard when far enough offshore, so there are no waste tanks onboard. An area of fiberglass repair near the port side pier pylon has been filled and not sanded. A similar area on the starboard side is partially complete also. The owner notes there is a soft spot on the bridge deck and on the forward deck. The helm gauges and compass are ready to be replaced and the steering has been stiff lately. Painted aluminum surrounds on the marlin tower will need to be repainted. The windlass and davit helm switches were not working at the time of the listing but the owner confirms the units themselves were operational. The fighting chair is being sold with the boat. It has been removed temporarily for maintenance. The cabin spaces on the boat were clean and intact, overall, and the headliners were clean without signs of water damage. Hatches and portholes were tight except one in the master suite that showed some leaking around the seal. Wood and wood-like flooring was very nice. Some upholstery and seatbacks are missing and would need to be replaced depending on taste. The dinghy has a slow leak, the dinghy motor is running as always, the owner indicates. The canvas for the aft deck bimini is beyond its useful age but is available to be used for a template for replacement. The Hatteras 53 Convertible is a yacht that can be configured and updated by her new owner to continue her adventure for decades to come. Don't miss this opportunity to own a Hatteras 53! Stock #247433 Go anywhere, fish, cruise, or live aboard the formidable Hatteras 53!! The Hatteras 53C is notable for its size and notorious for its fish-hunting capabilities. The 53 is the quintessential yacht for serious offshore and cruising adventures. This Hatteras was purchased in Puerto Rico in 2017 and traveled the Caribbean islands before making it to her current home slip in North Florida. The three sleeping cabins, two heads with full stand-up showers, and spacious salon bring the comforts of home to any port. A small number of steps down the companionway leads to a cruise-ship-like hallway with rich wood doors and chromed hardware. The owner converted the traditional twin bed arrangement in the main suite to a proper queen size bed. The other two cabins sleep two each and there is always room for two more in the livingroom-style salon where the recently installed sofa converts to a futon bed. The main suite head is ensuite and the second head is accessible from the forward sleeping cabin and also through a hallway door. Closet style hanging lockers are placed throughout the cabin and drawer storage is smartly placed. The galley aboard the Hatteras is a U-shaped counter fit with three-burner stove, microwave, double sink, and a full-size refrigerator. Beautiful wood paneling, cabinets, and features surround the galley and salon, and the striking ocean blue countertop is a centerpiece. The substantial aft deck is either the business end of the boat set up for fishing, or it's the leisure space most boat owners can only dream of. Coaming pads surround the 16' wide deck space and the floor hold with drain has been used as a live well/baitwell. Stairs lead to the flybridge which is laid out with two captain's chairs and a long sofa-style bench seat. Electronics are aging but include a West Marine VHF radio and a Garmin GPS unit. This Hatteras is outfitted with a marlin tower, also with coaming pads, and a dingy davit on the forward deck. Reason for selling is works out of state.
