2004 Beneteau 292 Oceanis CURRENT PRICE IS A GUIDE. ALL OFFERS RESPECTFULLY CONSIDERED. Actual Condition It is reported this 393 Beneteau was underway and approaching a draw bridge, that was on its way down. The owner was not able to back the vessel up and the current was taking it towards the bridge. As a result, the forward and mid stay struck the bridge. Upon impact the forward stay cable broke, the mid stay pulled a section of the deck up damaging the deck and hatch. The mast fell back towards the cockpit and landed onto the deck and dodger frames. (dodger framework is not with vessel) The mast appears to be in good condition overall, but some rigging needs to be repaired. There are some light cosmetic scuffs and scratches on the hull. The rudder has some gouges at the very bottom from prior use and the roller/ furling sail is weathered. The main sail condition is unknown at this time, as it is stored inside of mast. The vessel never took on any water, because the damaged area on the deck has been covered up with plastic. The interior is in very nice condition overall. The cushions are clean The engine appears to be in very good condition and CSI will be glad to start for the buyer at the time of sale.
