1973 Boatel Houseboats Tradeswind, Boat is in overall good condition and runs good.Has 1999 mercruiser 3.0 engine, all replaceable parts replaced two summers ago. ,Outdrive is Mercruiser alpha one,gimbel bearing and all boots replaced two summers ago. Onan marine diesel generator 4 kw works good.Many newer systems. New 35 gal. fresh water tank and pump. New 36 gal holding tank and electric head. 10 gal. water heater, refrigerator and microwave, top burners on propane stove work oven needs thermostat.
