The seller has had this 2000 Monterey 302 regularly maintained and serviced by a well respected local / regional marine service operation since owning it. Receipts are available for review during a showing or survey. Both engines and the generator are currently winterized and were working without issues when last used. There are no hour meters for the engines or generator but both have a documented service history, with receipts, from 2016 when the current owners bought the boat, to present. Interior and exterior lighting was upgraded to LED service and a new JL Audio system was installed with an amp and subwoofer. The marine AC and heat are reported by the owner to be in working condition as well as all appliances below deck. Please reach out today with any questions or to set up an in-person showing. Stock #381523 ***SALE PENDING*** 2000 Monterey 302 Express Cruiser, Marine AC and Generator, Wide Beam with Plenty of Space Above and Below Deck This 2000 Monterey 302 Express Cruiser has plenty of space for friends and family and has been well cared for since 2016 by the current owners. There is plenty of space topside with a spacious cockpit, including bench seating and a table for passengers. The larger swim platform has a mount for the propane grill, which is included with the boat. The captain will be right at home in front of a well laid out helm with analog gauges for both motors and other items including trim indicators. A walk through the split windscreen provides access topside to the windlass hardware but will likely be more popular to use the bow sun pad floating away an afternoon on the water. A walk below deck finds a cabin that benefits from the extra width of the 10'6" beam with a convertible dinette to port and the galley and head midship on the starboard side. The forward V-berth also converts to sitting space and also has a table and there is an aft cabin below the cockpit featuring a full size berth for two adults. The boat is currently stored on the hard and available for showings. Reason for selling is no longer being used.

The seller plans to leave the boat on the hard for the foreseeable future which gives buyers the ability to fully visually inspect the boat when considering a purchase. Currently the boat shows a lot of signs of longer term storage but a dedicated cosmetic clean-up, buff and polish will have her drawing attention dock side in no time. The seller reports the boat is mechanically and structurally sound and the yard where it is stored has maintained the boat for some time and is capable of properly prepping the boat for a water trial as part of a buyer's due diligence. Overall the interior shows moderate signs of use with some staining and discoloration but no major rips or tears. There are signs of previous minor water leaks below the glass windows over the galley with peeling of the laminate flooring (pictured) but walking in the area doesn't reveal a noticeable soft spot. If you're willing and able to invest some time and old-fashioned elbow grease, this 1988 Sea Ray is a good candidate to consider and certainly worth the effort in the end. Please reach out with any questions or to set up a private showing. Stock #337444 345 Sedan Bridge powered by twin 7.4L Bluewater engines, Onan 6.5 generator! This 1988 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge 345 can be a great platform for for a variety of different boaters. Open water or big lake boaters as well as river cruisers will like the twin 7.4L Mercruiser Bluewater series motors with a closed cooling system. The 6.5 KW Onan Ensign generator provides plenty of power so you're not plugged in the dock for power too! There is a full "camper" canvas for the single helm on the flybridge for navigating in less than ideal conditions. Boarding the boat is easier than most with a single step from the swim platform to the rear deck with the salon on the same level. Once inside it's down a few steps to the galley and head that are opposite each other mid-ship. It's hard not to notice the huge 3 panel glass ceiling in the kitchen that lets in plenty of natural light throughout the boat. For overnighting, there is a V-berth stateroom in the bow with ample built-in storage and a grooming desk at the foot of the bed. Reason for selling is not being used.
