The boat is solid. No signs of any leaks, the ceiling looked great, no musty or diesel smells. Used as a floating condo. The Generator does not work. The seller always used shorepower. The generator may need rebuild or replacement. The electronics are original and may want to be updated by the new owner. Ice maker needs to be replaced.
Fridge was replaced April 2024. The flooring and hull are in great condition for its age. Enclosure looks good. The upholstery needs cleaning but over all looks to be in good condition.

The head has a very large shower. The primary cabin has a large walk around queen/king size bed and TV with privacy door. The other cabin does not have a mattress as it was taken out. The owners used it as a laundry room as it was just the two of them.
