Over the past 2 years, the following have been replaced/updated:
Two Ray-Marine AXIOM multifunction displays with GPS antenna, dual transducers (3D, side view), all network interconnected.
Flybridge's console was modified by converting Tiara's original flat face non-angled console into an angled view, providing more easily viewable electronics and increasing available surface area for additional installations.
Flybridge's console was also modified with a larger custom door for better accessibility to the console's professionally installed electrical wiring.
VHF radio and AM/FM/CD player/USB marine radio
The Berth floor was redone with a customized hatch that generated an increase of space for anchor/ropes, which did not exist in the original Tiara setup.
Transformation of the main salon floor customized to connect floor panels to the boat structure by hinges. Along with installing lock support to the hinged panels to keep them in an open position.
Original Tiara's floor was removed to obtain access to the engine room.
Head:
Shower head and lighting in the head.
Faucet valve with spray hose in the head.
Vacu-flush toilet and vacuum pump rebuilt.
The Galley sink valve and soap dispenser were replaced with a large remote container installed.
Carbon Monoxide detection device installed.
AC unit salon area with electronic control
AC pump
Original aluminum A/C grills replaced by top-quality decorative plastic ones

Air Conditioning:
Replacement of existing A/C water intake strainer with a new oversized one
Thru hull fittings
The valve and hoses for the AC pump intake were replaced for the new size.
All AC raw water hoses in and out of the two AC units were replaced.
Fresh water pump
Freshwater system pressurized tank installed.
Battery charger
Inverter and two dedicated batteries keep the refrigerator and freezer on while at anchor without the need for generator usage.
The Holding tank was appropriately sized to remove it if necessary to work on the space of the port engine. The original tank needed to be taken out in pieces to remove it from the location.
Holding tank vent filter
All black water hoses were replaced with high-quality sanitary hoses and quick connectors for easy removal if access to the port side of the engine and/or to the vacuum pump is needed.
Quick connect caps would close up all disconnected hoses to avoid contamination.
Gen-set had complete maintenance, all hoses replaced, as well as the water pump and wiring.
CAT engine's air intake system was professionally redesigned with new Walker Airsep air filters relocated to a better place.

Trim taps plates and hinges made of 316 stainless steel installed.
Raw waterpump, strainer and hoses
Cockpit fresh and raw water hoses accessed by dedicated
hatches.
Cockpit freezer mounted in a removable bracket.
GFI circuit with dedicated line installation in the cockpit.
The cockpit floor fish tank draining system is controlled by three separate mechanical switches that evacuate the floor tanks and baitwell by the suction of a new diaphragm pump installed.
All three mechanical switches are located in an accessible place on the transom, in front of the floor tanks.
In the areas where the boat had the walls covered by upholstery, the upholstery was removed, the fiberglass walls were sanded and painted, and the areas were customized (preference for aesthetics and easy
cleaning). Upholstery could easily be reinstalled if wanted.
Stern lights were installed.

All upholstery was replaced in the flybridge and transom back cushion with the Tiara logo.

Both shafts straighten
Both propellers were balanced.
Engine room lighting
Both engines and gen-set had fresh paint.
Reinforced customized stainless swim platform brackets installed.
Large bait/fillet cutting board customized with a strong, stainless steel bracket allowing easy relocation of the board from the port side to the back of the transom.

Custom Engineered cockpit floor fish tanks draining system controlled by three separate mechanical switches drain floor tanks with new pump.
New 4 AGM batteries, two Caterpillar alternators, fully rebuilted vacuflush system with original dometic parts, installation of a new meter to monitor inverter discharge, installation of new tankless waterheater, relocated with new wiring and breaker. The Newer holding tank was sized properly to be able to remove it if necessary to work on, the original location was its space of the port engine
