With just about every upgrade available, Lady R is an immaculate Nordic Tug thats good as new and ready to cruise without the wait of building your own. 2015 Ranger Tugs 31 Command Bridge
This 2015 Ranger 31 Command Bridge will be the only Ranger 31 Command Bridge left for delivery for this model year for Southern California. She is configured with the Dark Midnight Blue Hull and has all of the new 2015 upgrades.
The R-31 Command Bridge shares many of the features and qualities of her smaller sisterships but some notable additions to this larger model make her ideal for extended cruising while still being a trailerable trawler. The R-31 is the first Ranger Tug to feature an optional flybridge equipped with electronic controls at both the upper and lower helm. The builders at Ranger Tugs also equipped the foredeck with seating and a table that can be raised or lowered depending on whether the boat is under way or at anchor or dock for entertaining. The foredeck of the R-31 allows for a larger cockpit area with wraparound seating and extra seating that folds out of the gunwale on the back deck. When not entertaining, seats are folded leaving the cockpit unencumbered.
The interior layout of the R-31 features two staterooms—one large island berth forward with en suite head and a midship berth and day head. Those who are familiar with Ranger Tugs models will recognize the galley layout and lower helm station that maximize interior space. A starboard side door provides easy access from the lower helm to the side decks so crew can get to the bow for line handling.
Like all Ranger Tugs, the new R-31 comes essentially turnkey with standard features and equipment intended to make her owner’s experience hassle-free and allow for ease of handling and comfort under way. Standard equipment includes bow and stern thrusters, an optional aft steering station and a Volvo D4 300hp engine that achieves a 16 knot cruise speed.
This new 2015 model is the desireable 31 Sedan version with the optional flybridge that includes:

The new R-272, the newest member of the next generation of Ranger Tug, follows the innovative design cues of the R-29S with modern styling features like the curved front window and overhead glass atrium, delivering exceptional visibility throughout the cabin. Add the Yamaha F300 electronically controlled outboard to the dynamic hull design which incorporates reverse chines and our patented Laminar Flow Interrupters, bow and stern thrusters, and youll experience new levels of performance, stability and comfort.
The fully equipped helm features a full complement of Garmin electronics, and a double helm seat, which reverses to face the starboard hi/low table, that seats four and converts to a double salon berth. To port is a fully equipped galley with a two-burner propane stove plus oven and built-in microwave. The refrigerator/freezer sits below generous counter space and adjoins plenty of drawer and cupboard storage.
Step down to the private stateroom with opening port lights, an ensuite electric marine head and shower, and hanging locker. Move aft opposite the galley and step down to the windowed mid-berth, which provides comfortable accommodations and storage. Step out to the spacious cockpit and discover the potential for entertaining, fishing and a world of water activities. All of this is brought together with a Fusion entertainment system, TV/DVD, contemporary lighting, and inside/outside flow.
