This Willard appears to be in good shape with serviceable sails, standing rigging, and lines. There is no apparent damage to the topside and visible hull. The owner had the boat hauled recently and new bottom paint applied. Stock #373241 This Willard is a Rare Find as There Were Only 30 Built Beginning in 1973 This Willard is ready for just about any adventure on the water that you have planned. She is a nice size at 30 feet with a beam of just over 10 feet. Lots of room for the Capitan and passengers for a day on the bay or an overnight stay at your favorite spot. She is also ready for some Blue Water Adventures and has several such voyages already completed. There is a full inventory of sails, most with under 20 hours of use. She has transversed the pacific from California to Tonga and back The inboard engine has been removed and replaced with a 9.9 Yamaha Outboard engine. This motor provides plenty of capability and is much safer with less maintenance than the original inboard engine. 1974 Willard Vega Voyager 30 Seagull is very unique, combining a smaller boat's lower ownership and operating costs with the amenity of a much larger boat. The 30 foot hull (33'2" overall) offers superb layout with a salon running the full-width of the boat. Easy deck access is forward through the helm door, or aft through the salon. (One also can pass by the outside of the salon along the caprail, which is surprisingly comfortable). Cruisng at 6 knots she will average about 3/4 gallons of diesel per hour. Only 29 were built, and this one has been thoughtfully equipped for serious cruising. She is the only W30 known to have been in the Great Lakes since first launched and never exposed to salt water.
