The Triton 2690 Walk Around is a boat that has it all. She can do 46 MPH quite easily and cruises beautifully at 25 MPH where fuel economy is fantastic for the 400 horse power that pushes her through the water. Being a 26ft, she can still cruise at the 46MPH speed limit in allowable built up river systems where a slightly larger vessel could not saving time and maximising the features she has to be enjoyed out on the open sea scuba diving and snorkeling in summer, whale watching in winter and fishing all year round. For sale is a 1985 Gloucester 16 daysailer "Pocket Yacht". This boat is ready to sail today. I have owned this boat for 2 years and have made repairs on both the boat and the trailer and both are in good condition. The boat is only in need of cosmetic repairs. It needs some fiberglass repairs on the starboard, aft side (see photos) thought it is still seaworthy as is. It could also use new grab rails on the cabin as the wood is drying out on the existing ones. I had plans to make these upgrades but have too many other projects and interests. Somebody else should be enjoying this boat! The boat uses a 200 lb. swing keel that lowers with a winch in the cockpit. The winch is rebuilt and works well. All lines and sheets are new. Sails are original and still have life left in them. Small Evinrude motor with a rebuilt carburetor that fired up fine the last time I took it to the lake. This motor is only meant to motor to and from the dock but is too small for speed. The trailer has been completely re-wired and has new running lights as well. This boat and trailer weigh about 1300 lbs combined and can be pulled with an SUV or minivan. This is a stable little boat and a pleasure to cruise.
