The engine is reported by the owner to be in good running condition and all functions of this sailboat work as designed. The boat is tarped for protection from the sun. A water trial is not possible, there is no deep water anywhere near the boat.

The spacious cockpit is comfortable, and the cabin has forward and rear sleeping spaces, simple rigging for single-handed sailing, and a shallow trailerable fixed keel to explore more coastline.
There is a roller furling headsail and a mainsail. Comfortable shade in the cockpit thanks to a newer bimini top.
Powered by a Yanmar 9 HP diesel engine that has a 15-gallon fuel tank. There are 2 sinks inside, a single-burner stove, and a nice-sized table with wraparound seating.
Access to the water for swimmers is wonderful with the transom design. The catbird seats are a great feature as well!
