We always ask each buyer to personally inspect or have a survey done to ascertain the condition of each unit for themselves.
Having said that, when I inspected the boat and met with the owner, I was blown away by his level of care/love and maintenance on the boat. He is super knowledgeable and has/is showing great care for the boat.
According to him, all of the mechanical functionality of the sails and rigging is in good working order. The same thing is true for the additional electronics.
Inside the cabin, there are a few very minor cosmetics that may be of concern to the pickiest of buyers but that's all. There were no cuts or gashes in any of the upholstery. Everything is functional as far as the shower, refrigerator, sink, oven, etc.
This unit is an amazing find for a 1993 model!
