One Owner. Motivated Seller so the price is outstanding. This boat is in very good shape. I hurt my back two years ago, and I usually sail by myself so I haven't been out in two years. The boat is stored in the caves in Kansas City during the winter months, because the first year I parked it at the lake and a mouse chewed a small hole in the sail. I had it professionally repaired, and have parked it in the caves ever since. I have always made the few repairs it has needed. Plenty of cockpit space for 4, and very easy to sail single handed. Mooring lines, life jackets, cushions included. Trolling motor not included.
