2008 Hunter 49 Anemone is a wonderful example of well maintained Hunter 49. Her original owners have sailed her on the northern Chesapeake bay since new . She is most likely the cleanest 49 on the market and priced very well!

2009 Hunter Aft Cockpit 49
The 49' Hunter is well known as a great cruising vessel with many functional features that make extended trips or live-aboard practical and comfortable. They are also easy to sail shorthanded offering remarkably good performance with the benefits of shoal draft. The cabin enjoys extensive natural light and shows great with cherry finish cabinetry and cherry & holly laminate sole. This particular vessel, a 2009-model is owned by a retired professional pilot and this is his 2nd 49' Hunter. With his experience from the previous 49 Hunter, he has been through this boat end to end and addressed every detail. After a year of cruising, the possibility of family obligations have convinced this owner to offer this turnkey vessel at a fair price. This meticulously maintained 2007 Hunter 49 is located in CT, and at this price she won't be there long.
If you are familiar with the Hunter 49, this one will not disappoint. This 3 cabin model, is a single owner yacht, very well appointed with low hours (less than 300) on the 110 HP Yanmar with bow thruster to make docking easy. She is appointed with the Hunter Mariner Package and an extensive options list.
On deck there are both port and starboard wheels for comfortable sailing at all points of sail, with a swiveling chartplotter visible from both helms and protection from the sun with a dodger and full cockpit bimini. The cockpit has full cockpit cushions for cruising comfort or just sitting dockside with your favorite cocktail.
There is a white Mercury dinghy with a 9 hp Yamaha. The dinghy is from 2005 while the Yamaha is only three years old. This is not included in the price but could be made available if it is of interest.
Down below, the 14' 9" beam provides plenty of room for entertaining with beautifully appointed woodwork, Corian countertops, flat screen TV, and plush seating. She comes of course with heat and air conditioning, microwave, stove and refrigeration all powered by a 10kw Fisher Panda generator.
