2000 Hunter 240 The Hunter 240 is a water-ballasted and trailerable sloop that is easily launched or retrieved on a ramp.  The mast can be stepped and rigged quickly and she will accommodate 4 sailors in comfort to include two large double berths fore and aft.  There is a galley unit and this boat has many nice features such as catbird seats, boat and keel guides on the trailer and an open transom for easy climbing on board when the boat is in the water or on the trailer.  The water ballast makes the boat towable with a smaller vehicle as the weight is added after the boat is in the water.  This boat was sailed on Lake Winnipesaukee and so is outfitted accordingly.
