2005 Hunter 44AC Fast and easy to sail for one person or a couple, amazing interior room and capabilities for weekend, weeks or longer! The bottom was recently stripped, faired, and sealed with VC tar and VC bottom paint. Always a freshwater boat with steel cradle and full canvas winter cover. This boat has almost every option, including roller furling jib and Doyle Zenith verticle batten furling main for larger area. A furling Doyle APC spinnaker with retractable Selden' bow sprit can be deployed from the cockpit. All lines lead aft to the electic winch. Full Dodger and full cockpit enclosure, folding leather wrap wheel, hunter dingy davits built in to the large stainless steel cockpit arch. Traveler on the arch leaves the cockpit clear. There is a large anchor locker with electric windlass at the bow. Electronics include Raymarine chartplotter, radar, speed, wind and depth, and below deck autopilot.
