The boat is stored under a boat shed on a lift. A full detailing would benefit as the color accent gel coat is fading and it needs a full hull polish.
There is some mild delamination at the foot of the bulkhead on the cabin where the enclosed head meets the floor. and it is shown in the photo gallery.
Unknown if the engine hours are accurate and it is presumed that it's the original engine. The tanks were replaced in 2017 and the engine and boat had a major service. There is some prop blade tip repair needed.

Midships has opposing settees with storage behind both. The table can fold all out of the way, or can comfortably seat 2 or 4. The port settee also folds out into a double berth. Forward is a wet head and comfortably V-berth.

1980 30' Hunter sailboat completely redone 2017, yanmar 2gm 20hp Diesel recently serviced. Sails in great shape. All systems work new bottom paint. All teak revarnished.
