1979 Morgan 382 The Morgan 382 is an innovative 1970s design without racing aspirations. A teardrop-shaped hull, wide beam, discreet reverse transom, and long overhangs might be the hallmarks of a vintage racing boat, but Ted Brewer designed the Morgan 382 as a cruiser, not as a racer that could also be cruised. Owners have taken them everywhere. The boat is balanced and well proportioned, and the low cabin trunk and 6-inch bulwarks help keep the profile trim. At upward of 17,000 pounds the boat is almost in the heavy-displacement category. The hull, however, with its elongated fin keel, skeg-attached rudder, and roundish bilge, isn't that of a slow cruiser. The all-wood interior offers volumes of room and storage. The head of the double quarter berth to starboard serves as the seat for the nav area; opposite is a large and efficient galley. In the saloon, the L-shaped seat to port seats two comfortably at the drop-leaf table. A wide settee and a narrow pilot berth occupy the starboard side. The head is roomy and has a fully enclosed shower. Under sail, the motion is predictable and comfortable, and the wide deck offers excellent footing with many flat surfaces. The practical and well-protected cockpit commands a clear view in all directions. The helm is responsive. Overall, the boat is stiff and fast; it points high, and it cuts through chop easily. The anchoring system consists of a single anchor roller and a foredeck locker.  All items that need maintenance or repair are easily accessible. Morgans are reliable on the hook, in light air or in heavy weather. On this Morgan there is some work to do as leaks associated with deck checking and ports have caused damage to the interior, one of two potable water tanks was never used by this owner due to leaks, and the hot water system needs work. On the positive side she features reverse cycling HVAC, two 75 watt solar panels with a new solar controller, bottom paint just 2 years old and maintained by dive services, and new batteries and canvas in the last year. The Perkins Diesel has been regularly maintained.  The pillow style  mattress and interior cushions show as new.

1978 Fibersteel Valeo This vessel was originally purchased by the previous owner as an empty hull/deck that was professionally built in California by the Fibersteel Corporation. Fibersteel was well known as a builder of ferro-cement boats, and had a great reputation for workmanship. The owner proceeded to do a beautiful quality job of finishing the interior. The vessel has three separate sleeping cabins, two marine heads, two separate walk-in heads, a workshop, washer/dryer, a large galley, a big main salon, two steering stations, and a cutter/ketch rig. This boat has had only two owners. The Valeo is a hard-to-find, comfortable, spacious and capable cruising boat. They rarely go on the market. This is a great boat at a great price!

1995 Catalina 36 MkII July 2015: bottom pained, prop polished, topsides waxed, engine serviced, and a rigging inspection done. $5K price reduction. This is a remarkable Catalina 36 that needs nothing. It is a cruising boat that can be handled and enjoyed by a couple, or a couple with small children. Coy Mistress has been upgraded and maintained to the standards of an exacting owner. It is one of the best examples of this popular boat available. The owner is a data security professional and experienced sailor who has used the boat both for local cruising and as a second office. This is his second Catalina 36: he has outfitted it to fulfill the potential of this design. This vessel features tall rig and shoal draft wing keel for enjoyable cruising.  Every system on this boat has been evaluated and upgraded.  The boat has been carefully equipped with advanced electronics so that its owner can run his business in comfort while aboard.  Since November 2014 alone, over $5,000 has been spent on maintenance and upgrades, not including the electronics package.. The boat has a 135% genoa with roller furling, and the slab-reefing main with lazy jacks.  All sail-handling equipment is located in the cockpit. The boat is set up to be sailed single-handed or by a couple.  Topside, a full dodger, bimini, and connector panel provide complete cockpit shade and allow the companionway to be open in most weather while at anchor.  This feature greatly improves livability in the tropics. Screens are provided for all ports and the companionway. The bimini framework was designed with additional rails to serve as mount points for solar panels. The boat has a low-maintenance exterior: the only teak is the set of companionway drop boards. These boards are quality teak, revarnished/rebuilt in November 2014, and protected by custom canvas covers. At the helm is a Raymarine 9" e-series chartplotter, interfaced with the rest of the electronics: VHF radio, depth sounder, and (new) wind instrument. Instead of the more usual e7 display, the owner opted for the improved readability of the larger display.  A feature of this technology is the ability to view and control the chartplotter from your smartphone or tablet (either Apple or Android). A Samsung Android tablet provides a second nav capability at the nav station below, or you can use your own device. While sailing, your guests can view progress on their own smartphones. The boat has WiFi and television antennas on the mast. The WiFi antenna feeds a Ubiquiti signal amplifier and Netgear wireless router. The installation was professionally done by Seacoast Marine Electronics, an authorized Raymarine and Ubiquiti dealer. The owner's design goal was to provide a secure but easy to use WiFi network for business use and for entertainment. In the evening yo
