The interior was reupholstered in 2023, engine serviced in 2023 and the tower and bimini were added around 2015.
According to the owner, all systems work as expected and the motor runs strong.
The trailer is need of a little work. The bow strap on the winch is ripped and the tongue is currently held in place with metal pins.

This Ranger Z520 looks to be in great condition with the typical wear and tear you would expect to see on a boat of this age. There are no visible major scratches or blemishes on the hull of the boat. The interior is clean and the carpet is in good shape. The seats have been reupholstered in recent years and still look really good. Some of the compartment lids are showing some wear underneath at the pulls.
According to the seller, the Evinrude rebuild includes new components rather than a standard rebuild. It's only been run 8 hours after the rebuild.
The seller states that the hydraulics on the Jack Plate are not functioning at this time.

2006 Mastercraft 245 SS Open wide and say aaahh. Used to be the only place you could catch a MasterCraft was on a ski lake somewhere 50 miles away from the nearest tidal shore. And all family cars used to be stationwagons, too. Times have changed, haven't they? MasterCrafts have open bows. They ride as well as their stern-drive counterparts. And now they're being spotted cruising the coastal waters. The primary reason may be the 245 SS, a peerless towing machine that has made the leap from protected inland boathouses to coastal marinas without a hitch. Info about the boat -- 2002 bought new in 2005 (it was a carryover). It has always been kept indry stack so it's in very good condition inside and out. Unfortunately, it was stored for well over a year without properly prepping the engine for extended storage. As a result, water did not fully drain and leaked through the manifolds and destroyed the engine. The engine, which was a single, 325 hp, Mercruiser with dual props has been removed.Estimated amount to install a new engine (parts/labor/testing) is $10k.The boat has been priced at $24k to allow a new owner to cover the repair. I am selling because we never use it and have now moved an hour away from the water. The boat does not have a trailer given it's size so you will need to keep it at the water.The boat is equipped with a navigation system, VHF radio, AM/FM/CD player with speakers above deck and below in the cabin, depth finder, gas gauge, and windlass anchor. The cabin has two beds (front and rear) with kitchen and dining area separating the sleeping areas. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop and sink.There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You can comfortably sleep four adults in the cabin with two kids sleeping on the bed made by removing the dinette table.There is no A/C, but the hatch windows open which kept us cool enough when we made it out.The boat is in excellent condition inside and out, just needs an engine.
