The listing broker was very impressed with the condition of this vessel for it being a 1998. The hull was in very good condition. Bottom paint was all recently touched up and looks to be in good condition. The seller reports the boat is running great and ready for the next owner. The seller has service records that go back to the previous owners as well. Stock #258097 1998 GRADY WHITE 228 SEAFARER WALKAROUND YAMAHA 2 STROKE 225HP 2004 MAGIC TILT TRAILER 1998 Grady White 228 Seafarer G model. This vessel is powered by a 1998 Yamaha 2 Stroke OX66 model engine. Grady White comes with years of quality and are known for their ability for a stable ride. This 228 Seafarer can check a lot of boxes for the avid fisherman, the family that wants to enjoy the water, or even the owner that wants to take sunset cruises. This vessel has the forward cuddy with v-berth, small freshwater sink, and porta-potty. Perfect for taking a nap, avoiding nasty weather, or using the restroom when out on the water all day. There is plenty o room for 4 adults to fish from the rear deck and stern. This area also allows for that record catch to be hauled in.
