This 1976 Ericson 35 is in good overall condition for her age. All systems are in good operating condition and the Atomic 4 diesel engine is in good condition and runs well, the owner confirms. Hours are unknown. There are no service records. Stock #245799 Great condition Ericson! New bottom job, new batteries, 1.5 years left on FULLY PAID, transferable slip!! This is a 1976 Ericson 35 designed by Bruce King. There were 500 of these vessels made up until 1981. These are very well-made boats with thick fiberglass hulls. They are very capable boats, you can sail the coast or around the world. This Ericson 35 an excellent choice for any sailor. The Ericson 35 is very roomy throughout the interior. Mostly mahogany but also teak wood is used. A good amount of storage is available and she is equipped with 25 gallons of freshwater. There is a head, shower and an offset dinette for sharing meals. This is a great family cruising boat and is priced very well. The sellers are motivated so please don't delay in calling us. This market is extremely brisk and this Ericson 35 will not be around long! Reason for selling is not using anymore.

Stock #331809 Has a Tabernacle Folding Mast allowing it entrance to the Santa Cruz Upper Harbor This Islander is uniquely suited for the Santa Cruz Harbor as it has a Tabernacle Mast which means you can lower the mast on its pivot mounting structure in order to clear the bridge which would otherwise block entrance to the upper harbor. The boat has all the features of a 30-foot sailboat and some upgrades that the owner has installed such as a new Jabsco Toilet, updated cabin lighting and a charging port for your electronic devices. Salt water is no problem for this yacht with it’s closed fresh water-cooling system with NEW 5.7 Marine Power EFI 350HP V8 engines (less than 250 hours since install). Fully loaded think six-pac, commercial fishing, towing, salvage, crabber, patrol, light boat. Was originally a navy personnel launch 2 plus 20 so one could get COI for 20 passengers. It was then used as a Sherrifs patrol boat, crabber, tow boat, a live aboard and then a ocean rescue boat. The hull is thick fiberglass and in great shape no blisters or damage. It was made before they cut corners and made production fiberglass boats. Has a forward hydro bow thruster, aft tow post and capstan. Towing lights. Would make a great personnel launch, commercial fishing boat or super duty sport personal fishing boat. I have a survey valuing it at 55k. It has been just painted and the bottom has been surveyed and painted 2013. I have used it in 50 knot gales with no problems. This is a very safe boat that will save your life if you get in a bad spot. The engine has been taken very good care of with oil changes every 200 hours and annual servicing by a certified mechanic. The turbo was has just been replaced less then two hours on it. Has a brand new alternator. Also had a compression check done and the mechanic said it would go another ten years as is and that it does not need a rebuild. The vessel has a new coat of high grade red and white auto paint out side and marine white inside. The boat comes with spares parts.
