1999 Chaparral 2830ss, Selling my 1999 Chaparral 2830. I purchased the boat in Feb of 2014 and had both engines replaced by Boat Repairs Plus with brand new crate 5.7L 350ci Mercury Marine MPI engines. With the swap I replaced most all engine components (alternator, belts, hoses, fuel systems, etc..) As it sits the boat has around 10 hours on both engines. 300h on the hull and out drives. Gauge computer was bypassed and all new gauges installed this year. Boat is great on Norman and Wylie! Boat comes with an 35' aluminum tri axle trailer with hydraulic brakes. Since I bought the boat we started building a house and moved from Norman to Wylie, and the boat stayed on Norman in 2015, so we barely used it. This year we are getting married and along with that just discovered our four legged family member was diagnosed with cancer. I dont want to sell the boat, but ultimately have run out of resources to pay for our wedding and the radiation treatments the dog needs.Boat is currently on Wylie with a wet slip that is paid through September.
