The boat and trailer have been well maintained with some dock rash and the covers are in good shape. Per the seller, everything is in working order and normal maintenance has been performed. The Captiva 212 appears in good condition. There are some scratches on the chrome bumpers but the owners obviously used their fender pads when docking. The stainless steel four blade prop shows some beach wear but is serviceable. The hull has some scratches but the gel coat will shine with the Spring Wax and buff. The trailer is in serviceable, the tires show wear and no date stamp is discernible. The engine hold opens easily and exposes the mechanicals within a clean and dry deck with no water or oil leaks. The bow and cockpit cover has protected the interior from the elements. The interior of the Regal is in good condition for a 24 year old boat. The carpet and upholstery do not have any tears or visible signs of damage. The engine hatch pistons need to be reattached or replaced. The exterior does show its age, and there are a number of nicks and dock rash, which can be seen in the provided photos. The bimini top has been removed for storage and is included. The starboard docking light needs to be reinstalled. The owner is working on the repair. The owner has reported that the boat does need a new fuel pump.
