1973 C & C Masthead Sloop The C & C 25 is a great pocket cruiser but offer the feel of a bigger boat performance wise. Her mast is deck stepped, thus offering more room below. Her hull is solid glass and her clear and open decks are cored. She has an externally mounted lead keel with easy access to bolts. Her cabin features two bunks along with a large V berth. She has a head, hanging locker and lots of storage for a 25' boat. She has a Universal Atomic Two gas inboard engine, putting out 10 hp. The hull and deck have been painted at some time in the past and have some slight orange peel, that most likely could be rubbed out, if you wanted to. The hull and deck appear to be structurally sound and do not appear to have any soft spots. Come and take a look today. This is a great package, that needs only cleaning.

1979 C & C Custom 43 This C & C is a Custom Division built sailboat and features a sloop racing rig with a large aft cockpit. The hull and deck are fiberglass with a balsa wood core for light weight and insulating qualities. This was considered a high performance racer at the time it was designed and built in 1979. Kintama has been extremely well cared for by a very knowledgeable, seasoned sailor. She is a fresh water boat that came from Buffalo, NY and then the Chicago area - previously known as Schedar. The PERF rating is 72. There have been many recent upgrades in electronics and rigging. 1982 C & C 32 The C&C 32 is a blend of speed and style that helped turn C&C Yachts into Canada's largest yacht builder. Mirage has great lines, big cockpit, and a spacious and comfortable interior. There is plenty of room below for family cruises. On deck there is an open cockpit with pedestal helm, stainless steel wheel, aft bench helm seat, guest seating to each side, and under-seat storage. She comes with mainsail and genoa. The mast and boom are aluminum with stainless steel rigging, two Barient #26 winches in cockpit, and four Barient #10 winches at the mast.Below, Mirage has a spacious interior. Forward is a roomy v-berth with under-berth storage, rope locker, and filler cushion. Moving aft there is an enclosed head compartment with manual marine head and vanity with stainless sink. Across from the head compartment is a large hanging locker. The main salon features a large settee port side with convertible dinette to starboard.
