This is a fin keel and skeg hung rudder, so it will track well in following seas. Fandango has been in fresh water for her life and had a new diesel engine in 1999. This is a big plus, as it only has 600 running hours. 1977 Catalina 27 The Catalina 27 is one of the most popular 27 foot sailboats ever made, with over 7,000 built! A very fun and easy cruising sailboat, June Bug has a smooth-running and reliable inboard Atomic Four gas engine which has been well maintained. She has been cruised in the Great Lakes for three weeks at a time and spent many weekend getaways too! This Catalina 27 has the traditional layout with settee berths across from each other, and with the galley aft on the port side and quarter berth on the starboard side. She has a fold down table that seats four and will sleep five comfortably. She has all halyards and sheets leading aft to the cockpit, extended chain plates for safety of the rig, CDI roller furling, excellent running rigging and a new mainsail and a newer genoa. 1977 Hunter 27 The Hunter 27 is a good sailing boat of the famous Cherubini design. Great starter boat. Good for weekend cruising. Big enough to be stable and comfortable-standing headroom. The inboard Yanmar diesel makes Margie's Girl reliable and safe.  The foredeck core has high moisture readings, as well as the starboard deck aft to the cockpit. The port cockpit seat core is the same. There does not appear to be any delamination. This boat will need exterior cleaning and polish.  Margie's Girl is on the hard in our yard. Come and enjoy this great starter boat!
