The hardtop, electronics arch and enclosure, offers a superb spot for entertaining or relaxing. The Euro-style transom with staircase-style steps provides easier, more convenient boarding.Additional notes;Sundeck canvas replaced 2014See thru sun shield made for port and starboard side of helm and sundeck. Delta Anchor, 50 chain, and 150 rode replaced in 2010. Windlass upgraded to a Maxwell RC-8 in 2011Included in price is a 2004 Avon 10 inflatable tender and 8 HP Johnson outboard motor. The tender was serviced August 2016 and the outboard motor is in good working order ready to test drive. The tender will plane with 2 people. 2005 Carver 450 Voyager Pilothouse The 450 Voyager is a fly-bridge pilothouse motor yacht. The reason pilothouse boats are so popular today is simple....upper and lower helms are comfortable in any weather. The generous covered cockpit and walk-arounds make handling docking and handling lines safe and easy. Bob N ALong can be boarded either from the large swim platform and stepping through the transformer door, of from a fixed dock at the cockpit. Once in the hard-topped cockpit, moulded steps lead to the bridge as well as moulded steps leading to both Portland starboard walk-arounds. Plenty of room here for folding tables and chairs. A large cockpit deck hatch provides excellent engine room access, mechanics service workers and their fluids out of the salon interior. A large stainless sliding door leads into the huge salon. Tasteful cherry cabinetry and mini blinds, port and starboard ultra-leather Flex Steel settees, high gloss cherry coffee table with folding leaves make this the perfect area to lounge.
