This Carver 356 is in great condition for her age. This was a freshwater boat until 2019. Just had the bottom cleaned and painted 2-23. Here is a list of just a few of the updated items: Bimini top, three bilge pumps, hull painted in 2022, two spare props, updated blinds in the windows, updated fridge, and a replaced Garmin GPS system. The generator is not operable and the water pump for the freshwater tank needs to be repaired for a leak. Overall this boat is in great condition, the engines run great and are serviced regularly. ***A Survey or Water Trial will not be permitted*** Work needed per Seller: Engine Room: -Starboard engine does run. New plugs were recently installed. It smokes a little as if choke is the problem. May need a tune up and timing check. -Port engine runs but has a slight ticking sound. Rebuild long block. -Port engine wiring harness jumped on 12volt pin needs to be replaced or repaired. -Generator: Engine locked. head removed, previous owners left water valve open. Exterior: -Install anchor winch, new winch in dock box, install hardware in aft bar locker. -Bridge steering pump swap with lower helm steering pump. -Electrical wiring to VHF radio and horn wiring. Interior -Aft head keeps vacuum and works but had leak in line to holding tank. -FWD head toilet needs to be secured to deck. New seal kit is on board. -Mid AC works. Water circulator pump needs wired into system manually. -Aft AC works the same as mid. Circ. pump needs wired in as well. --Mid bilge pump 200 G.P.H. is new and float switch are both new and needs wired in. -FWD bilge works with 2000 GPH and float switch. -Aft bilge is good. -Bow thruster needs repaired. -Lower helm steering pump was going to be relocated to replace bridge steering pump. This Carver is in very nice condition overall with lots of upgrades to make this a clean and comfortable full time liveaboard. The starboard engine longblock was replaced (4/22) and has around 120 hours run time. All of the salon flooring was installed in June 2022 (Cortec waterproofed wood and nice carpet in the sleeping quarters). Bottom job completed in June 2022. The electronics package is nice with radar, GPS plotter, and sonar/depth. The gel coat, isinglass enclosure, and all upholstery appear in great condition. The galley fridge and freezer is newer and the microwave was also recently replaced. The aft deck icemaker is inop. Stock #361088 Lots of updates. Newer equipment. Dual engines.
