This is an "AS IS" sale as the sellers are no longer in South Florida and a full survey and water trial are unavailable. Only a personal inspection at the dock can complete the sale.
The freshwater tank needs to be repaired for a leak. The AC units are not working, the generator is not operable, and there is a leak in one of the side windows.
This was a freshwater boat until 2019. The bottom was cleaned and painted 2-23. Here is a list of just a few of the updated items: Bimini top, three bilge pumps, hull painted in 2022, two spare props, updated blinds in the windows, updated fridge, and a replaced Garmin GPS system.

The boat comes with DUAL helm stations. The flybridge helm houses a newer Garmin 1020s GPS, VHF, remote spotlight, trim tabs, and engine controls. Twin Crusader 454XL engines power her with just 905 hours.
Below, the galley-down interior is tastefully finished with teak wood accents, Corian counters, and a large couch and swivel chair seating. There are two heads, one with a walk-in shower.
Wraparound windows provide plenty of natural lighting in the salon, which has a convertible sofa to port, barrel chair and entertainment center opposite, and mid-level dinette forward. The galley features a full-size refrigerator, oven with stovetop, and microwave.
The aft stateroom has a tapered king berth, built-in
TV, and a private head with a separate stall shower. An offset double berth is in the forward stateroom with private access to the day head. Molded steps (with a handrail) descend from the aft deck to the extended swim platform. A bow pulpit, aft deck wet bar, ice maker, and hardtop. All new cushions in the dinette and a new swivel chair. The boat has three TV's and an upgraded stereo system.
Comes with an automatic engine fresh water flush and an AFT tank.
